TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THIS SITE BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

1. Requirements

Use of and Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is true and correct, (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information, (c) you are eighteen (18) years and older, and (d ) use of the Services does not violate any law or regulation. Your account will be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we suspect that you are under 18 years of age.

3. Fees and payments

To start using Uinvest Service will ask you to register and create an account, and you will get your own online account. You shall pay all fees and costs incurred, and apply all of your transactions through your online account using the applicable rates for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges for any products or services offered to Uinvest sold through the Service or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to you, and you should be responsible for their payment. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of the Service through your online account. This service will get your income from your assets in Uinvest, obtained through the Service, to your online account every month on the date of acquisition of the assets unless and until your account is terminated. Uinvest service will charge 10% of the monthly income you earn unless and until your account is terminated. Services will stop cause your earnings to your online account at the time your account termination.You have the right to withdraw funds from your online account Uinvest at any time, however, you may be asked to confirm your identity before. There is no minimum withdrawal amount but the funds in your account should be sufficient to cover the applicable withdrawal charges. You can choose the method of withdrawal when submitting your withdrawal request.Certain part of the Service or the Service as a whole may require a prepaid fee ("Prepaid Fee"), which may be modified from time to time at its sole Uinvest it. Prepaid expenses, and all taxes associated with it would like to pay in advance. In any case you receive any portion of the Service or the Service as a whole if the fee is paid in advance is required unless Uinvest receives all fees and charges payable by you, including the Prepaid Fee.
